Real Estate is a Roller Coaster Ride

Dan Green of The Mortgage Reports pointed me to this video, from Speculative Bubble.Â The video depicts US home prices adjusted for inflation plotted as a roller coaster ride.Â Quite fun.Â I lasted for the entire ride and didn’t even get sick. Unfortunately, the YouTube logo in the lower right hand corner of the video blocks out the years. Check out my prior post to see the chart that the the ride is based on. The chart may scare you more than the ride.
