One More Issue With Garden Units

Chicago Garden Apartment in East Lake View

I was showing clients of mine properties in East Lake View this past weekend when I stumbled across the sign above. I could not resist taking the photo…and writing this post. Whenever clients are contemplating the purchase of a garden unit I always discuss the pros and cons. Now I have one more thing to add to the list of cons. And all along I thought pee was good for the garden.

That’s a humorous sign…though I’ve gotta say how sad it is that we have to remind people to be courteous with signs. What ever happened to common sense? Sigh…
