The CTA Brown Line has been under extensive renovation. The brown line stop at Kimball and Lawrence has been back in business for some time now.
Located at 4720 N. Kimball, across the street from the station, another project by the same name is on track for Spring 2009 deliveries. The project features new model units and a fully staffed sales center. Check out Kimball Station condos where a purchase would almost guarantee you a seat on the train for the morning commute.

In Bergen County New Jersey, which is mostly a residential area, we have train lines to commuter to NYC. Recently they have made these trains run in both directions during the day. They also added week end service. The old downtowns of our small communities are starting to see a bit of demand for housing close to the train. It is a change for our area and it is a slow change. I hoped that the towns would accommodate some zoning changes to expand the use of these facilities.
